The room at Hotel Alpha Thun was awesome! It had 3 single beds, a private bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The beds were super comfy, and I loved that they had free WiFi. It was the perfect place for me and my kids to relax after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I found the room furnishings to be a bit plain. But hey, that's just my taste!

The hotel was clean and functional, had perfect views on the lake. The staff was welcoming and pleasant during our whole stay. The restaurant was good for the food and service, we ordered excellent dishes.

We loved how this hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the river and the beach. The hotel facilities were great, with free WiFi, tea and coffee corner, and the included bus tickets made getting around the city a breeze. The breakfast buffet was the best we have had, with a great variety of choices to suit everyone's taste buds. Lastly, the staff were always friendly, helpful and accommodating.

This hotel has a great value-for-money offer and is located in a perfect spot, making it very easy to explore the city on foot. It was really nice to have a coffee machine in the lobby and to enjoy the mountain view from my room. , the bathroom was spacious and very clean.

The lack of air conditioning made the summer heat a bit uncomfortable in the room. the street noise can be quite loud if the windows are open, which we had to do because of the heat.

Celebrating New Year was amazing with great entertainment organized by the hotel. the location of the hotel was perfect for the purpose of our trip, located right in the heart of the town and just a stone's throw away from the main square festivities. the room was very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a large TV, making our stay even more enjoyable. the staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help.

The breakfast was below average with poor selection of food and limited choices. the room was a bit noisy as it faced the street, but it didn't bother us that much.
